Program Management

We provide program and project management resources, aligned with the Project Management Institute, and CMMI, DoD5000.02 Program Management practices, including:

  • Project Planning – Full schedule, deliverable, resource management planning.
  • Budgeting – Fully detailed budgets, and Basis of Estimates, aligned to program WBS, and captured within work-package definitions.
  • Earned Value Management – Setting-Up, training, and augmenting your program control team to enable fully Schedule Performance and Cost Performance management.
  • Deliverable Management – Identifying, tracking, and controlling delivery of contracted items, as well as changes in scope.
  • Risk Management – Setting-up, training, and establishing a risk management program to enable proactive mitigation of schedule, cost and scope risks.
  • Procurement Management – Establishing Request for Proposal frameworks to enable full competitive response from your vendor base.
  • Integrated Management Schedules/Plans (IMS/IMP) – We are able to establish IMS/IMP compliance with DoD best practices.

Systems Engineering

We founded our firm on providing Systems Engineering skills to the Defense industry. If you need systems engineers, we are one of the few resourcing firms that actively recruit and develop this skill set. A sampling of our services:

  • Requirements Engineering
    We supply engineers highly experienced in the requirements lifecycle from ORD, CONOPS, or System Descriptions, to requirements decomposition, allocation, functional/physical baselines, as well as planning and tracking verification and validation compliance. Technology knowledge includes Doors, and Requisite Pro.

  • System Architecture
    We have resources able to fully model your products functional and physical interfaces, to enable full design control, and manage them as discrete requirements within a requirements management tool, such as DOORS, as well as Interface Control Diagrams.

  • Enterprise Architecture (DODAF, FEAF, TOGAF)
    As the value and mandate of capturing an Enterprise Architecture (EA) for systems expand, we are pleased to offer EA skilled engineers for this hard to find niche.

  • Functional Modeling
    We provide engineers that perform system functional modeling using UML2.0, and SysML, to help you to document product functionality, as well as establish an allocated functional baseline.

  • Configuration Management
    We provide resources for performing configuration management activities, including problem and change management, Change Notices, Effectivity Planning, and Configuration Control Board support. Our resources are experienced in 61A, and CMII standards.

  • Technical Performance Management (Weight, Cost, Reliability, …)
    We provide engineers that are able to establish, track and manage technical performance measures, such as Weight (SAWE), Reliability Management (Relex, Reliasoft), Cost (COGS and LCC), and other key performance attributes.

Integrated Logistics Support

We provide a wide spectrum of ILS support resources, including, but not limited to:

  • Provisioning
    We have resources experienced in establishing Provisioned Parts List (PPL) fully compliant with the SLIC-IIB and LMI standards. This includes 1552 or LSA-036 formats, compilation of supporting Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), screening for quality and WebFLIS, H, X, C tables, and LCN structure. Our services include in-depth knowledge of SLICWAVE and Eagle.

  • Technical Publications
    The key to effective technical publications is generating configuration accurate manuals. These services include, but are not limited to:

We work closely with your instructional, technical publication, and product development teams to establish courseware that will fully satisfy your customer’s expectations. Our resources are experienced in full system, component, and software instructional development.

    We provide resources to perform MANPRINT and HFE design, influence, and analysis, to deliver on key system requirements, such as operability, vision, and task loading.

Design Engineering
